Installing an electric boiler in your home.

Electric radiators look like a conventional gas system or “wet” radiator. They also heat up and operate like “wet” system radiators but without the requirement of a central heating boiler.

Electric radiators have been developed to accommodate the smallest easy-to-heat room to the larger hard-to-heat room. Should you choose this option you will be highly impressed by the performance and effectiveness of the electric radiators.

All electric radiators can simply be plugged into a standard domestic wall socket. However for a fully controllable central heating system they can be spur wired into your existing storage heating sockets and the wiring taken back to a unique EHC Control Box.

They can be supplied, if required, with a TEI manual room thermostat. For a fully controllable central central heating system, the radiators can be installed with a EHC Control Box, Single Channel Programmer and Room Thermostat to comply with the latest Building Regulations.

Benefits of Electric Radiators

Radiators have been accepted as a practical solution to outdated storage heaters throughout the UK for many years. Their success is due largely to the following features and benefits:

  • referential electricity tariffs available
  • Fully Controllable
  • Various outputs and sizes available, 500w-2400w
  • No maintenance required
  • 15 year guarantees available
  • Ease of installation
  • Safe, clean and easy to operate
  • Fully controllable via either manual or radio frequency controls
  • Radiators modulate to ensure room temperature is constant
  • 100% efficient
  • No boiler required
  • Wall hung, castors or feet stands
  • Simple replacement for storage heaters
  • The economy 10 electricity tariff provides preferential off-peak rates and times
  • Radiators can be simply plugged in or fused spurred
